Ingredients for making paçoca delight:
1 box of condensed milk
1 box of sour cream
6 paçocas (can be tablet or stopper)
½ tablespoon of butter
½ cup of milk (120 milliliters)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
crushed paçoca to decorate
How to make paçoca delight:
First, break up the six paçocas using your fingertips. Use a soft paçoca, as there are some that are hard. If you have a paçoca in your house that is very hard, just crush it in a food processor or even in a blender and it works too!
In a pan, gather all the ingredients and mix well with the aid of a fouet, so that everything is dissolved, especially the cornstarch. This way you will get a smooth candy free of possible pellets.
Place the pan with all the dissolved ingredients on a low heat and stir it over and over until it turns creamy.
Tip: Be careful not to thicken it too much, as the candy will still be refrigerated and will be even more consistent.
Wait until it gets warm and place the candy in mini bowls, to make individual portions, or in a large container. Decorate with crushed paçoca, refrigerate and leave for at least 2 hours. Try this delicious dessert of condensed milk and paçoca for the Festas Juninas and good appetite!
